For our ready-made products, orders placed before 16:00 on weekdays are delivered to the cargo on the next day, while orders placed on Saturday and Sunday days are delivered to the cargo.
Orders placed on public holidays and holidays are delivered to the cargo on the nearest working day following the order.
The average lead time for handmade products is 10 days.
Handmade products size, since you determine all the details yourself, there is no right of cancellation/refund/change.
If the products in question are "wrong" or "damaged" due to any situation that occurred during shipping, we do our part and repair the necessary damage.
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clear as possible. For security reasons, there is no notice delivery from the cargo.
Return and Exchange Policy
Please note that the products you have purchased are made by hand.
You have the right to cancel the order within 24 hours of sending us your order information and receiving your payment.
In this case, we will refund you the amount you have paid without interruption.
We would like to remind you that the product or invitation in question will be returned to you within 3 working days, with a 50% deduction of the total amount, in cancellations after 24 hours. Damaged Cargoes
Open the package you received from the cargo company next to the cargo officer and check your order.
If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately. Do not take delivery of faulty or problematic cargo or product. We will take care of the damaged products that you have notified us within 2 hours after receiving your cargo.
